System Maintenance

The PSERS call centers, Employer Self-Service (ESS) Portal, and Member Self-Service (MSS) Portal will be unavailable due to system maintenance from 5 p.m. on May 21 through 8 a.m. on May 28.  While PSERS offices will be open, some processing may be limited. Members with a defined contribution (DC) account can access their DC account directly through Voya or through the Voya app.

Retiree Board Member Election

The PSERS Board of Trustees will conduct a retiree board member election this year. Nomination packets are now available and are due June 6, 2025.

Since 1917, PSERS has been serving the public school employees of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The number of individuals we serve has grown from 37,000 in 1919 to more than 500,000 today.
